Starting at $305 per transaction we ensure that you and your client feels supported through the home-buying process. We keep track of all contingency dates, make sure everyone involved is on the same page, coordinate scheduling, and manage your paperwork. 

LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE - This is a collaborative service where we will work with you to set up your CRM tailored to your specific needs. This service includes assessing requirements, customizing your CRM system, with smart plans and tags and providing training and support to improve customer relationships and drive business growth.

Starting at $115 per listing we order and coordinate staging, photos, and signs. We create the Temp MLS listing, upload photos and video, gather condo docs, verify showing instructions, and manage the paperwork.

Your Transaction Coordinator will gather and monitor contingency dates, get paperwork to those involved in the transaction (buyer, seller, lender, etc), coordinate inspections and closings and most importantly touch base with your client throughout the process to ensure they have everything they need and are comfortable (and excited!) through this experience.

LISTING MANAGEMENT

When you have a listing your Transaction Coordinator will assist you by prepping the temporary listing on the MLS, ordering any staging if needed, ordering photos/video, ordering the sign, uploading the photos to the MLS and again ensuring your client is kept in the loop every step of the way.
